What seasons and temperatures are suitable for wearing quilted vests?

Quilted vests are suitable for wearing in spring, autumn and warm weather in winter. Specifically:

Spring: When the temperature is around 10°C to 15°C, quilted vests can provide appropriate warmth and are very suitable to be paired with long-sleeved T-shirts or thin sweaters.

Autumn: When the temperature is between 10°C and 20°C, quilted vests can be worn in the cool mornings and evenings, but not too hot during the day.

Winter: In winter with higher temperatures (such as 5°C to 10°C), they can also be worn as an inner layer and paired with a coat to increase the warmth effect.

In general, quilted vests are suitable for warm seasons or as part of a multi-layered outfit.
