According to the traditional injection molding production process, the injection molding machine heats and melts the stirred plastic raw materials, and then injects them into the mold cavity for molding. After cooling and cooling, the melt is solidified and demolded. The injection molding machine injects molded products. The temperature of the whole production process is as high as 240 ℃ ~ 280 ℃ or even higher.   • On the injection molded product, apply environmentally friendly glue or adhesive to the positions or graphics that need to be powdered;
  • Choose PET glitter powder that is resistant to glue, and sprinkle or spray it;
  • Remove excess glitter powder, dry or air-dry the glue to shape;
  • The outermost layer is painted or sprayed with varnish for outer protection, followed by drying and shaping, the product is bright and dazzling (this process may be determined by different requirements of the product).
